Mobako consists of Lene Bakgaard and Anders Moestrup. Together we help owner-managers, leaders and companies create clear direction, stronger leadership, better collaboration and more well-functioning companies.
Our core areas are leadership development, recruitment and organizational development. We work primarily with small and medium-sized companies – both private and public – where management takes place close to everyday life, operations, employees and customers.
At Mobako you don't get standard solutions or long theoretical presentations that end up in a drawer. You get a collaboration at eye level, where we thoroughly understand your business, speak a language that is understandable, and work with concrete tools that can be used immediately.
