A confidential network for owners and managers with responsibility, ambitions and a desire for sparring
The network brings together managers and business owners who want a confidential space for reflection, exchange of experiences and development in the role of leader.
The network is for business owners and managers who typically have a few years of management experience and responsibility for a company with more than 5 employees.
The network is created for those who want qualified sparring with others who know the opportunities and dilemmas that come with the leadership role. Here there is room for both strategic considerations and the more concrete challenges that fill everyday life.
For each meeting, we work with themes that are relevant to the participants and their reality as leaders. This can cover everything from leadership and motivation to business development, project management, finance and organizational challenges.
How the meetings are held
The network works on current themes, which are supported by input from specialists and professional presentations when this provides value. At the same time, there is a strong focus on the exchange of experiences and the insights that arise when leaders spar with other leaders.
The meetings take place in a confidential room where there is room for honest reflections, challenges and development.
The meetings are often held at one of the network members, who also provide insight into their own business and practice.
