City center project
Kalundborg City Center
Kalundborg is in the midst of an exciting development, where the city center is getting a boost, both visually and commercially.
The project has been launched with support from the EU and Kalundborg Municipality and has one goal: to make the city center more vibrant, attractive and sustainable for shops, businesses and citizens.
40 stores and businesses will now have the opportunity to participate in free 1:1 courses and workshops that focus on development, visibility and operations.
The Workforce Alliance
Project and Support
ArbejdskraftAlliancen is a project collaboration financed by Region Zealand.
The project consists of gathering all relevant information, actors, etc., in one place, so that companies and business consultants have a single entry point when it comes to labor, recruitment, skills development, etc.
The project partners are Erhvervshus Sjælland, Frederikssund Erhverv, Holbæk Erhvervsforum, Ringsted Municipality, Erhvervsforum Roskilde, Stevns Erhverv and Næstved Erhverv.
The offer therefore applies to all companies that belong to the municipalities of Faxe, Frederikssund, Holbæk, Kalundborg, Næstved, Ringsted, Roskilde and Stevns.
AlliancenBiotekbyen
Project
The Biotekbyen collaboration is based on a unique partnership, where local companies, educational institutions and public organizations collaborate across the board to jointly support and strengthen the city's industry, educational opportunities and green cooperation.
Kalundborgegnen's Business Council sits as a representative of business and the many companies that deliver work into the Biotech City on a daily basis.

Green Business
EU project
In collaboration with five other business promotion organizations and two universities, Kalundborg Region's Business Council works to find the best ways for SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) to work with sustainability. At the same time as finding out exactly what the requirements for sustainability are going to contain. In this way, to collectively support business in meeting the upcoming EU legislation on sustainability as well as the increasing demand for sustainable solutions.
GrønBusiness is financed with approx. 2,8 million euros from Interreg 6A Germany-Denmark. The project will run for three years from April 2023 to the end of March 2026.

Come to Kalundborg
Project
Come to Kalundborg is an initiative of Kalundborg Municipality and Work in Kalundborg. It is a unifying platform and entry point where you, as a citizen, mover, company or otherwise, can get information about what it is like to work, study and live in Kalundborg municipality. The Association for the Promotion of the Zealand Transmotorway
Project
Kalundborgegnen's Business Council sits on the board of this association.
The association is a joint effort to establish a transversal motorway from Næstved in the south to Kalundborg in the north. A motorway that runs vertically across Zealand, connecting citizens and businesses.
