General Assembly
The general assembly is the association's highest authority
An ordinary general meeting is held each year before the end of March. Everyone can participate in the general meeting, but only members who are not in arrears with their dues have the right to vote. Probationary members are thus also welcome to participate in the general meeting, but do not have the right to vote.
Agenda:
- Election of conductor
- The board's report
- Presentation of the audited accounts
- Presentation of final budget
- Presentation of provisional budget
- Determination of quota
- Proposals received
- Election of board members
- Election of alternates
- Election of auditor and deputy auditor
- Optionally
Proposals for the agenda for the ordinary general meeting must be in the hands of the chairman no later than 14 days before the general meeting.
General meetings are convened in writing with at least three weeks' notice with a provisional agenda. Notification of the final agenda is made either in writing or in the local daily press no later than seven days before the general meeting.
