AI is no longer just about whether the company uses ChatGPT, Copilot or other tools. For the owner-manager, it is increasingly about understanding where AI can create real business value – and where the company should focus first.

At this meeting in the network, we will be visited by Martin Sattrup Christensen, who, based on his book AI Strategy Compass - How to create direction, action and value in your company, focuses on AI from a management and business perspective: Where does the company stand today, where are the greatest opportunities, and how do you get from isolated experiments with AI to a more conscious and value-creating application?

Before the meeting, participants will have the opportunity to complete Martin's AI maturity test. It provides a picture of the company's current starting point and also serves as a basis for reflection and dialogue at the meeting.

About Martin Sattrup Christensen

Martin Sattrup Christensen is the founder of AI Agenten, an author and a sought-after speaker and advisor in the practical application of AI in companies.

He has more than 25 years of management experience from Danish and international companies, has been director of Erhvervsforum Roskilde and has extensive board experience, including more than 10 years as chairman of the board of AV Center A/S.

Today, Martin advises and trains owner-managers, companies and organizations on how to translate AI into concrete business value. Among other things, he develops customized AI assistants and workflows that save time, improve quality and make AI applicable in companies' daily work.
